About my cookery workshops

Classes take place in my home about 4 miles Southeast of Reading. They are for novices who can’t, or won’t cook, but would like support to learn the basics, and build their confidence to independently create some simple dishes like Pakoras and Kebabs.

They are also for those who already cook and are ambitious, or looking to extend their skills, by creating more complex dishes like a Biryani or Haleem.

Class sizes are kept small to allow me to give individual attention and guidance, each person has their own workstation and has a My Spicy Chef apron to use. I keep instructions simple; the sessions are light, practical, and informative. You will always go home with your creations to share and enjoy at home.

Most dishes can be adapted to be vegetarian. Majority of dishes are gluten free except the Breads and Samosas! Please ask if you have any intolerances or allergies, I will try to accommodate.

Level of heat from the Chilies can be altered according to your taste/need.

Light refreshments are provided during your lesson.
